Payments
Prices are fixed and include 21% Belgian VAT. Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are never shared with Sorted Belgium. A receipt is sent by email after each payment.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. By paying, you ask for the work to start right away. If you withdraw before the work is completed, you pay only for the part already done. Once the service is fully performed, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. To withdraw, email sortedbelgium@gmail.com.
Your data
Your messages and documents are used only to handle your request and are deleted once it is completed. Emails are handled through Gmail (Google) and payments through Stripe. This site uses no cookies and no tracking. You can ask to see or delete your data at any time by email.
Limits of the service
Sorted Belgium prepares and follows up administrative steps. It does not provide tax returns, legal advice or residence permit procedures, and it never asks for your passwords.
